Here you will have 3 options to choose from. Each session or programme is tailored to link with my 3 core pillars of Connection, Communication and Consistency. 3 is a magic number and connects with my 3 in 1 daily habits system.

Wellness 1 Simply You:
A short cycle of sessions with me. Initially we will have our complimentary connection Together we will create your roadmap and I will navigate you back to wellness I will provide you with the solutions to beat burnout and feel more motivated. We will have 12 online short sessions where you are the driver and are guided back to a healthier you.


Wellness 2 Team Talk:
Team Talk is a bespoke programme of Wellness workshops for leaders and professionals. We can create a sustainable and purposeful initiative of either in person, online sessions or a hybrid approach to support a small team of up to 10. As a wellness speaker my talks are designed for subjects such as 'Leading with Intention, Effective Communication, Boosting Productivity with Breathwork and Walk your Talk...the aim to increase you and your teams self esteem, embedding strong wellness initiatives to boost productivity and staff retention.
Wellness 3 Big Talk:
I have coached and spoke at many events some of over 250+ in attendance. I utilise my 3 core pillars, connected with my wellness workshops, strategies and initiatives. I incorporate my modalities of yoga, breathwork and mindfulness techniques supported with my sustainability knowledge. The purpose to provide leaders and professionals with a strong approach to change in the Wellness and Sustainability sector.
